These are great little mini-quads
These are great little mini-quads!! If you don't have time to read all my thoughts on this, I highly recommend these!! They are great to learn on! From beginner to seasoned flier, these are a lot of fun!!! I own a variety of nano's and mini's.. cheerson cx-10's, cheerwing cheer x1, hubsan q4 h111 (the last 2 are very, very fast nano quads!! the yaw rate on the intermediate and expert settings is insane! All of these are fun, impressive nano's. These E010 (or H36 which is the jjrc branded, same) are really fun, stable and quick! No need to get prop gaurds like with the cx-10 (which if new to flying you def need with those) they are built into the frame as you can see. Very durable, as far as crashes go at least, I wouldn't step on them though, lol. The design of the E010 or H36 is very forgiving in flight, if you bump into something the quad won't crash most of the time, it will correct it self and hover. They are great for indoors, and fun outside (but anything more than a slight breeze is too much for them outside). A great learning flyer for in the house. The return to home function, is well, like any other qaud without gps.. what ever direction it was facing when you initially paired the quad with the controller .. it simply flies "south" of that .. but doesn't stop, lol... I tried it and it quickly flew sort of back in my direction and kept on going.. till it hit a wall. I recommend not using this feature.. It's good for a laugh, or a test of skill on how quickly you can stop and regain control of it, lol. Headless mode works ok, doesn't stay locked into it's fwd, back direction perfeclty.. but well enough for what it is. Stock battery lasts a solid 5min 30sec to 6mins. Seems to have a decent range, haven't fully tested how far yet.. responded well about 40-50feet away so far. As I said, great for indoors.. you can fly quickly in any direction, and when you let off of the direction, it stops nearly on a dime and hovers right there. Tight flips also. Seeing as the battery isn't built in like other nano's and mini's.. you can buy more batteries to increase flight time. I own one of these and a jjrc H36, with 6 batteries total so I rotate flights between the 2 and get about 25mins in the air with these little quads before needing to recharge which only takes about 30-40mins. (the generic batteries I bought weren't up to standard and I only get 3min 30sec on those).. Buy more than one! You will be glad you did! Have fun!!
