Great starter quadcopter
Pros: Price, Durability, Strong enough to fly outside with a little wind, Inexpensive spare/replacement parts, flight time longer than expected (I get about 8-10 minutes on a battery depending on what I'm doing with it)
Cons: Range (estimated 50 yards), replacing motors is tedious (tiny connections and require a soldering iron), drifts a little more than I would like (some drift is expected), instruction manual is poorly written.
This is a great little quad copter for a novice to learn to fly. Why go out and spend $50 to 350+ deciding if you like the hobby and destroying a new quad and expensive parts when you're still trying to learn how to fly? You're definitely getting more than you pay for with the H8 Mini. Inexpensive spare batteries (pro tip: buy the 5 pack of spare batteries, charge them all up and have fun for a while), replacement propellers, and motors make this a great starting point for any new drone pilot. You're going to crash.... a lot! Get started with the H8 Mini!
