    Great engines

I have a number of different Eachine engines and when they run they work very well for the money. The only issue I have is that the nitrile piston rings have a relatively short life even though I use a recommended (and generous) two stroke petrol/oil mix. Replacement is relatively straight forward on most but it is a bit tiresome and fiddly to have to do on a regular basis. Frustrating to suddenly find zero compression just when you want to do demonstration run. It would be great if the manufacturer could produce more robust replacement compression rings. Otherwise, I have no issue with Banggood services in supplying parts and overall these products are a good buy.

Bad Quality and Worse Customer Service

I bought one of these engines via Banggood in June. When delivered it ran fine for about 5 minutes and stopped cold with no spark - a failed ignition system. When I contacted Banggood to complain and ask for some assistance they offered me a $14 coupon instead. After literally 4 weeks of back and forth, during which time Banggood never did offer to either replace the engine or send a new ignition system, I finally broke down and, against my better judgement, agreed to pay an additional $100 for a new engine. I did this figuring I would at least have one good engine out of the deal. The new engine arrived two days ago and would not run at all. Investigation showed that again the ignition system is failed. Again I contacted Banggood but this time I am told too bad, out of warranty!

A very well machined and accurate running engine model.

This is IMHO one of the best working engine models ever made to date. It accurately demonstrates the looks and sounds of a real hit and miss antique utility engine. The model is well machined and assembled, is easy to set up and run, and it works great on many types of fuel. This second generation silver version is even more realistic and accurate than the first generation was. It's a perfect opportunity for the non-machinist to be able to afford an excellent working model of one of these engines. The only minor gripe is the wooden base isn't stable enough to run the engine with unless you hold on to it. It will jump around unless secured to a better platform.
